Redesigned a full membership website to feel modern and reach a younger audience. The platform had limited design tools, so I used custom HTML and CSS. The organization reached its membership goals within 3 months.
People leader. AI builder. Web designer.
I lead people, build with AI and design for the web. I believe the best results come from relationships, with customers and with the teams who serve them. Here are a few of the stories behind my work.
When I stepped in as Call Center Manager at Bardi Home Services, I spent my first weeks listening to calls. Not to catch mistakes, but to hear what customers needed and where my team was getting stuck.
What I heard shaped everything. I built coaching sessions around real calls, so each of my 25+ representatives knew exactly what great looked like. Customer satisfaction went up, handle times came down and more calls turned into booked appointments.
I also changed how we hired and welcomed new people. Better recruiting, interviewing and onboarding took retention from 68% to 84%, and we met our service levels through peak season. When customers had a complex problem, we owned it, and resolution time dropped from a full week to 48 hours.
Performance Coach, Red Ventures
At Red Ventures, I coached new sales reps through their very first sales of internet, TV and phone bundles. I studied the data to find exactly where customers hesitated, then built coaching decks and call strategies to help reps move past those moments.
That work led to the highest conversion in company history, and my strategies were adopted across other lines of business. I was selected to pilot new products, partnered with Workforce Management on staffing, and developed agents into the next level of leaders.
Customer Service Manager, Bloomingdale’s (Seasonal)
In a busy flagship store, every greeting is a chance to make someone’s day. I welcomed and served customers through the highest traffic of the year, exceeded credit card goals every month, and was chosen to welcome and onboard new seasonal teammates so we stayed fully staffed each holiday season.
Our contact center was paying a third-party service $3,000 a month to answer calls we couldn’t get to. I knew there was a better way.
I implemented and trained an AI answering service to answer customer calls and book appointments on its own. We kept our booking conversion where it was, improved our answer rate, and eliminated the outside service entirely. My team could focus on the conversations that truly needed a person.
E-Commerce Manager, Collected by Schwung
When I joined Collected by Schwung, revenue had dropped by $700K. The inventory was there, but customers couldn’t find it.
I used AI automation and bulk uploading to bring more than 3,000 products onto 1stDibs and Chairish, and built relationships with trade partners by recommending pieces that fit their brand and their clients. Within 90 days, the business was on pace for $1.2M a year.
I spent five years as a Website Design Lead and Digital Marketer at Studio One Multi Media, helping small businesses and organizations look as good online as they are in person.
I refreshed brands to reach the customers they were missing, created promotional graphics and tracked every campaign in Google Analytics. One client saw conversions grow 78% in a single quarter. I rebuilt a broken website that went on to support $1.2M in new contracts, and helped a small business write the plan that won them a state start-up grant.

Refreshed an author’s website with a new brand kit and added a store for print-on-demand books and audiobooks. Connected the newsletter directly to MailerLite, which removed a paid connection and saved money.
Designed a new logo, added animations to bring a static website to life, and built new pages to improve search visibility, which led to new customer appointments.
Built a complete brand for a brick-and-mortar storefront, from the ground up. I designed the logo, business cards and website so the business looked polished and consistent everywhere customers found it, online and in person.
I love the small town flavor of this city, where everyone seems to know everyone.
I believe the interactions we have at the gas station, the grocery store and the bank are essential to our quality of life. That’s why I partnered with the City of Winston-Salem on its Keep Winston Clean initiative, and why I’m looking for more ways to give back to the community I call home.
“Social interactions in a community directly drive higher quality of life by building social capital, lowering health risks, and providing emotional support.”
I’m open to people leadership roles where great service and great teams go hand in hand.
